My name is Andrea Piccoli and in 2003 I decided to start breeding Maine Coon cats, mainly because of the great love I have always had for these animals.
I have been sharing this adventure with my partner Mariapaola, our two dogs: Mosé, a beautiful Bernese Mountain dog, and Yago, a young American Akita and a great number of Maine Coon cats.
After some time I realized that being a serious and competent breeder requires great commitment and absolute dedication: further than my years of experience I can say that breed Maine Coon, and animals in general, means meeting the laws of nature which, as we all know, man will probably never be able to fully control.
With the knowledge that I can not reach the “perfection”, I believe that the only way is doing
my job with great diligence, commitment and love.
For these reasons I have immediately decided to acquire a good grounding thought thr participation in training course on Animal Health organized by Veterinary AUSL (Healthcare) of Emilia Romagna, and in some conferences held by vets with different specializations and genetistics.
Since the beginning I have had the chance to have some close contacts with Americans and Northern European farmers of great experience, ready to share their knowledge.
